These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FAITHAPPAREL website located at www.faithapparelshop.com (the “Site”) and the purchase of any products offered through the Site. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
For purposes of these Terms, “FAITHAPPAREL,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to FAITHAPPAREL. “You” refers to any user, customer, or visitor of the Site.

2. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE
All orders placed through the Site are subject to availability and acceptance by FAITHAPPAREL. Order confirmation emails acknowledge receipt of an order but do not constitute acceptance.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse, cancel, or limit any order, including but not limited to orders affected by pricing errors, inventory shortages, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Orders may not be canceled once processing or shipment has begun. If an order is canceled through no fault or illegal action of the customer, a full refund will be issued.
3. PRICING & PAYMENTS
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Accepted payment methods include:

Apple Pay (via iMessage)
Payment must be received in full prior to order processing or shipment. Customers are solely responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees imposed by their jurisdiction.
4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
FAITHAPPAREL currently ships only within the United States.
Orders are generally processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
FAITHAPPAREL is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon shipment.
5. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by Printify’s Return Policy and Printify’s Terms of Service, with which FAITHAPPAREL is fully compliant. No separate or additional return rights are provided by FAITHAPPAREL.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, designs, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of FAITHAPPAREL or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without prior written authorization from FAITHAPPAREL.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FAITHAPPAREL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the Site or purchase of products.
FAITHAPPAREL’s total liability under any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product giving rise to the claim. The Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
8. GOVERNING LAW & VENUE
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Diego, California, and you consent to such jurisdiction and venue.
9. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
FAITHAPPAREL reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. DATA & PRIVACY
Customer data is stored securely by FAITHAPPAREL. We do not directly sell or distribute customer data to data brokers.
