All FAITHAPPAREL items are made to order, so we only accept returns or replacements if an item arrives damaged, defective, or has a confirmed manufacturing error. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it. Returned items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, and any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items that have been worn, washed, used, reported after 7 days, or custom-made items without a defect are not eligible for return. Once a return is approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
